Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter Die-cutter With Stacker is used to make complete corrugated cartons automatcally, this machine can finish Feeding, Printing, Slotting or Die-cutting,stacking at one time, this machine can greatly improve the working efficiency, reduce cardboard wastage, labor cost, and increase the benefits of manufacturers.

♦ Features

1. The machine adopted touch screen at each unit of machine that could be adjusted automatically . It will cut lots of time while operating. Each unit is inter-connected by PLC, and date setting in touch screen is able to order the specific action. Easy-view and conveniently adjustable is available.

2. 250 sheets per minute when runs at the top speed. It could be efficient to produce one hundred thousand pieces of carton of daily productivity.

3. It can connect with Auto Pre-Feeder Equipment or Auto Strapping Machine, 3-5 workers for whole production line is available.

4. Adopts excellent materials and parts. All the rollers are chrome plated and harden treated; all the gears are ground by Germany High-precise gear grinding machine, the precision grade up to 6.5; all the bearings adopts JAPAN NSK/NTN/IKO.

5. All the motors & electric parts adopts international brands, such as HL, CPG, EMERSON, SCHNEIDER, OMRON and etc...

Feeding Unit

Mechanical Lead edge feeder
Integrated computer and Main control panel available in the feeding unit.
Upper vacuum dust removal system & dust brusher.
Feeding gaps and front stop are manual with self-lock. The side guider, back stop is motorized.
Units opening & closing is motorized and pneumatically locked. And can be auto ZERO.

Printing Unit

Rubber Roller or Chambered doctor blade system is requested.
Roll-To-Roll transfer, The surface of lower pressure roller was treated with sand blasting.
Steel anilox roller or Ceramic anilox roller is requested.
Variable frequency drive control of PHASE, auto ZERO and auto RESET. Transversal position is motorized with digital display.
Inking Roller, Lower pressure Roller, Pull Roll is manual adjusted by self-locking.
Brake function is available when machine separating.

Slotting Unit

Six shaft transfer: Pre-creaser- Creaser- Slotter, The shafts were precisely dual-ground.
Single–Shaft slotting is adopted, with precise alignment of front and back knife.
Transversal position, Box height and PHASE are motorized with digital display on the central control screen.
Feeding gaps is manual adjusted with self-lock.
Auto ZERO is available.
Order management is available, it can save 999 orders.

Die cutting unit

Shaft-head was treated with lock structure, not welding, given strong capacity of bearing pressure.
Hardened steel cover with pneumatic-lock cylinder set at upper roller can hence durability of using.
Mechanical differential structure is applied for the adjustment of transverse register. The adjustment range is ±30mm.
Adopts mechanical line speed compensating system, which min. the error of die cutting.
PHASE, Transversal position is motorized with digital display and feeding gaps are manual adjusted with self lock.
The gap of die cutting cylinder is motorized with digital display.
