Function:

Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter Die-cutter Inline Folder Gluer & Counter Ejector is used to make complete corrugated cartons automatcally, this machine can finish Feeding, Printing, Slotting or Die-cutting, Gluing, Folding, Counting, ejecting at one time, to replace manual gluing and folding, this machine can greatly improve the working efficiency, reduce cardboard wastage, labor cost, and increase the benefits of manufacturers.

Features:

1. The whole machineis designed and made according to high requirements with reliable and safety functions.

2. The whole machine adopted touch screen combined with PLC at each unit that could be adjusted automatically when apply for digit inputing or order managing. It will cut lots of time while operating.

3. 250 sheets per minute when runs at the top speed. It could be efficient to produce one hundred thousand pieces of carton of daily productivity.

4. With automatic zero setting and reset functions.

5. In-line control of flexo printer combined with folder gluer. Integral order management and quick shift function are available. It made the significant revolution for completely automatic production line in packaging field.

6. Adopts excellent materials and parts. All the rollers are chrome plated and harden treated; all the gears are ground by Germany High-precise gear grinding machine, the precision grade up to 6.5; all the bearings adopts JAPAN NSK/NTN/IKO.

7. All the motors & electric parts adopts international brands, such as TECO, CPG, EMERSON, SCHNEIDER, OMRON and etc...

8. It can connect with Auto Pre-Feeder Equipment or Auto Strapping Machine, 3-5 workers for whole production line is available.

Delivery the machine:

3. Will follow with customer for custom clearance in case any support needed.

After Delivery (After Sales Service):

1. Will dispatch our Engineer for Installation & Training for 1month for Inline Folder Gluer Machine.

2. Will delivery some Quickly Consumble Parts when delivery the machine.

3. If any problem happened during machine working, once received customer's email, will reply it within 1hour to check details problems, and will teach customer how to solve this problem within 24hours; if any spare parts or damaged parts needed for this machine, will send it within 24hours in we have in stock, if not will send it within 3days.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging:

The machine will be saperated in to each unit, and each unit will be packed independently with iron base, cardboard, and bopp film, and will be fixed well in the container.
