The iron cores can be customized according to the user's size and performance requirements, adopting the crafts of coiling. This kind of iron cores has high saturation magnetic induction, high permeability, low coercivity, low loss and good stability.
They can replace permalloy, silicon steel and ferrite to use in moderate magnetic field, can be used for manufacturing main transformer of different kinds of switching power supply, control transformer, precision current and voltage transformer, filter inductor, spike suppressor, energy storage inductor, reactor, magnetic amplifier, EMC filter common mode inductance and differential-mode inductance, ISDN miniature isolation transformer, leakage protection switch, and so on.
