1. Structure of the coconut dryer machine:

• coconut dryer machine consists of rotary body, raising plate, conveying device, supportive device, sealing ring, big gear, small gear, feed port, discharge port and other components.
• Since the machine has a gradient of 3-5%, the materials enter the cylinder from its higher side. There is full of hot gas in the cylinder, materials will be rolled by the metal plate inside up and down to accelerate the drying rate, then they will pushed to the lower side by the rolling device. The dried materials will be collected at the bottom.

2. Working Principle of the coconut dryer machine:

• The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our coconut dryer machine, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the wet materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity.
•  Meanwhile, the lifting plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in the rotary drum dryer. They will scatter moisture from the wet materials in the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot airflow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.
