This machine is the third generation of date washing machines developed by our company.
The washing effect is very good.

Features:

 

1. This machine is made up of vibrating material placing elevating device with spray to remove impurities,horizontal mixed flow spray device,cross flow spray washing device, tapered roller washing device and fully-open water tank.

 

2. Date comprehensive washing machine replaces the traditional date winnowing, two bubble washing machines and brush impurity removing machine, reducing energy consumption, and reduce the equipment occupied space.

 

3. This machine adopts several patent washing technology.

1) Using vibration to uniformly place the materials, the second vibration to remove impurities, equipped with spray cleaning, completing impurity removing and pre-cleaning.

2) The cross-flow spray washing device adopts cross-hedging, suitable for floating materials cleaning, extend the cleaning path, equip horizontal mixed-flow spray to boost the materials, water to transport the materials, reducing material mechanical damage.

 

3.Change the traditional flat roller brush to clean dates, using patent conical brush roller to tilting scrubthe cylindrical surface and up and down roots, to achieve a full range of cleaning effect.
