Used to separate peel and seeds

Working principle: After breaking and extraction of seeds work done, dropped on the screen mesh, the 

pomegranate peel moves forward with the vibrating screen by vibration effect while the seeds fall through 

the screen mesh clearance and being delivered to the next procedure, thus realizing separation of pomegranate 

peel and seeds.

Features:

1. This machine is mainly composed of the vibrating screen body, screen, vibration motor and spray device.

2. The vibration screen body is made of stainless steel materials used for conveying pomegranate seeds.

3. The screen mesh is welded into straight bar type perforated strainer by stainless round steel,placed in 

the screen body. Its effect is to separate pomegranate peel and seeds and for the transport of granatum.

4. Vibration is generated by vibrating motor combined with elastic rubber power, practical, light and durable 

in use.

5. Spray device is set on the top of the screen body when its role is to facilitate the separation of the skins 

and seeds.
