Introduction

The macaroni production line mainly use flour, starch as raw material. We are using unique extrusion process, many popular shapes in market, the rational design of the production line, There are fully automatic, precisely control system, the host with the high and low pressure screw, to increase the range of use of raw materials, to reduce the cost and improve the product quality

1.Feeding system:0.75KW motor drive the screw in the feeder,then move the material into the

extruderThe feeding speed is digitally controlled.

2.Extruded system: 22KW main motor drive the gear box,then run the screw.The screw

thread is loose then tight.The pressure of barrel will be stronger to cook and shape the raw

material. The extruded speed is digital controlled.

3.Heating and cooling system:There are some heating ring and cooling water jacket outside

of the barrel.Thermocouple measure the barrel temperature all the time,the heat or cool the

barrel automatically.

4.Vacuum system: Follow the Europe and America technology,adopt special vacuum

pump draw out the air inside the barrel.This technology will avoid the bubble inside the

pasta product,make the pasta glossy and chewy.

5.Cutting system:1.1KW motor drive the knife block with the knife,then cut the pasta out of

the mould into various shapes.The cutting speed is digital controlled.

The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12 to18%. With the

dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 8% and this is easy to be storage for

long time.There are heating system and convey system.Some times there is also

blower here in order to dry the food fast according to the condition.

before packaging, it is better to cool it, the cooling conveyor with several cooling
