high efficient roller mill is developed in the middle of 1980s’, which is new cement and saved energy powder grinding equipment. It can displace the low efficiency and high consumption ball mill in part of completely. Reduce the steel consumption and noise. It’s suitable to not only new plant construction but also technical revision of old plant. Raise the output by 40 to 60 percent and reduce the power consumption by 20 to 35 percent. The material which its fineness is 0.8mm covers 20 to 35 percent after squeezing the material. The fineness is less than 20mm which is covered 65 to 85 percent. The inner structure of small lump is filled with micro defect, so the grindability has been largely improved. Meanwhile the roller surface is heat build up welding. It’s easy to maintenance in the abrasive layer.
Working principle of roller press:
Roller press is composed of two extrude roller rotating in reverse direction, one is fixed roller and the other is moveable roller. Material will be fed from the above of two rollers, be brought into by extrude roller, then it will be discharged in material cakes under the machine after being pressed by 50-150MPa strength. Discharged material cakes will include some finished fine particle, besides lots of half-finished particles with cracks will be produced which will reduce energy consumption during following crushing process.
Characters of roller mill:
1) Erect roller press into grinding system which could improve the capacity as 30%-40% meanwhile total power consumption will reduce as 20%-30%.
2) Roller press with tight structure and small volume could obviously reduce the investment for grinding system
3) Roller press with simple structure, small space and easy operation and maintenance.
4) Compared with other grinding equipments, roller press with less powder and lower noise which largely improve the working condition.
