Model PFG roller press is a high efficient, energy saving, environmental protection and new type grinding system. On the basis of adopting the advanced technology and process, it is jointly developed by our company and the domestic larg and medium colleges.
The system is composed of roller press, beater, ball mill and separator. It is not only suitable for setting up the nes plant, but also suitable for reconstructing the old plant. The system has the following features: the high automatic degree, the low operating charge, the low investment, the reasonable process arrangement, small occupation of land, convenient arrangement, the convenient maintenance and other features. It is widely used in cement, metallurgy, mining and other industries.
Rolling pressure machine is developed in the middle of 1980s’, which is a new cement and saved energy power grinding equipment. It can displace the low efficiency and high consumption ball mill in part or completely. Reduce the steel consumption and noise. It’s suitable to not only new plant construction, but also technical revision of old plant. Raise the output by 40 to 60 percent and reduce the power consumption by 30 to 50 percent. The material which is fineness is 0.08mm covers 20 to 35 percent after squeezing the material. The fineness is less than 20mm which is covered 65 to 85 percent. The inner structure of small lump is filled with microdefect. Improve the ease abrasivity. The roller face is heat weld buildup. It’s easy to maintenance in the abrasive layer.
