Jiangsu pengfei group is located in the beastiful Yangtze Delta Economic Zone—Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, which is one of the first lot opening cities approved by the State Council. It has a 10,000t class harbor and is near the Yangze River in the south and Yellow Sea in the east.With shenhai expressway, 204 national road and xinchang railway passing by, it enjoys convenient transportation. Now as a national large-size company, it is integrated with the research, design, manufacture, erection and commissioning.
Jiangsu Pengfei Group covers an area over 350,000m2, and owned RMB1120 million of total assets. It has become a large modernized garden company with more than 450 technicians. In order to meet the requirements of the development, and supply the customer with the excellent equipment, the company is continuously increasing the investment on the manufacturing equipment. On the basis of the original manufacturing ability, the company has purchased dozens sets of large-size manufacturing equipments. Now the company has been equipped with10m, 8m, 5m,10-unit vertical lathes, 12m, 8m, 6.5m, 5m 8-unit hobbing machines, 7.5×16 m, 6.3×16 m,5×15 m 9-unit floor lathes, 8.5×18 m, 6.5×16 m, annealing furnace, roller plate bending machine manufacturing the material with thickness of 120mm, 75mm, 40mm, horizontal submerged-arc auto welding machine, and other tools and tackles. All kinds of crane plants whose capacity is between 10t and 200t and 210-unit engineer machineries can meet the process and manufacture requirements of the kiln and the ball mill with the diameter under 6.5m, In order to improve the product quality further, the company strictly carries out the ISO 9001 Quality Control System, and performs the scientific administration. Raw material performance test, chemical element analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector and other equipments are adopted to examine strictly the raw material and the product.
Our company tries best to pursue high quality and enterprise reputation, cooperate with the academies all over the country, constantly explore and develop new technique and new products. There are 22 patents that passed the ministry & provincial identification. 6 products get the honor of National New Products. The leading products of Pengfei rotary kiln, ball mill, dryer, cooler, filter and PC central controlling system etc. have been awarded as the Master Products in Chinese Constructional Material Industry by National Constructional Material Bureaus, and the Chinese Famous Brand by National Constructional Material Machinery Standardization Committee.
