Now the company has been equipped with10m, 8m, 5m,10-unit vertical lathes, 12m, 8m, 6.5m, 5m 8-unit hobbing machines, 7.5×16 m, 6.3×16 m,5×15 m 9-unit floor lathes, 8.5×18 m, 6.5×16 m, annealing furnace, roller plate bending machine manufacturing the material with thickness of 120mm, 75mm, 40mm, horizontal submerged-arc auto welding machine, and other tools and tackles. All kinds of crane plants whose capacity is between 10t and 200t and 210-unit engineer machineries can meet the process and manufacture requirements of the kiln and the ball mill with the diameter under 6.5m, In order to improve the product quality further, the company strictly carries out the ISO 9001 Quality Control System, and performs the scientific administration. Raw material performance test, chemical element analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector and other equipments are adopted to examine strictly the raw material and the product.

ZD Type Vibrating Screen

ZD type vibrating screen is mainly used for screening semi-finished products and finished products of compound fertilizer; it consists of vibration motor, screening box, buffer spring and supporting bracket etc. Vibrating screen is divided into single layer screen and two layers screen to be chosen as per process requirements.
