In order to reach a consistent homogeneous material giving high and even burning rates, we use virgin and excellent powders. Tungsten copper alloys are used worldwide for EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and ECM (Electrochemical Machining) as electrodes. Tungsten copper is used in plunger/sinker applications where intricate definition is required.

Copper tungsten erosion wheels and copper tungsten erosion discs are also known as electrodes for erosion, or erosion electrodes. Thanks to very high melting point of tungsten, tungsten copper rotary electrodes have very long service life comparing to copper or graphite electrodes.
