Q: Why is it solid when not using?

A: When activating the heat Hand Warmers, they become soft for a while but once they cool down, they begin to harden. If you want them to be the liquid state, simply boil for the recommended length of time.

Q: What is inside Hand Warmer ?
A: Sodium acetate, which is a salt and vinegar solution; it is non-toxic. Furthermore, as there is no electricity involved,  safer  than

electric heating pads.

Q: How many times can I use?
A: As long as you take good care of it, there is no limit on how many times it can be used.

Q: How long should I boil my Hand Warmers for?

A:Hand Warmer : 5-10 minutes

Neck/Shoulder : 20-30 minutes

A:Highest temperature will be approx 100 degree,safer than other electric heating packs.

Q:How to use?

A: 1)To activate:

Flex the metal disc inside the pad back and forth to start the reaction. The liquid will be getting crystallize .When the crystallization completed, squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready to use. 

2)To boil:

 Place the heat pad in boiling water  for about 5 minutes until all the crystals disappear.
