HM-120M structural perfusion adhesive is new-type modified epoxy resin building structure perfusion adhesive, specifically supporting the reinforcement of outside-sticky steels.  

 

1. Product Characteristics

1) High bonding strength, excellent toughness and shear strength.

2) Using modified epoxy resin, without any solvent, safe and non-toxic.

2) Fast load to the building structure, strong bonding force, large compression and tensile resistance.

3) Construct in wide temperature range, no precipitation, simple construction, good processing properties.

4) Good acid-alkali resistance and aging resistance properties, low moisture sensitivity, small contraction.

5) Suitable for almost all building substrates.

 

2. Application Range

1) Widely used for the reinforcement of outside-sticky steels and the bonding anchorage between concretes, stones and steel plates.

2) Used for cohesion of various building components. It can bond various substrates and metals.

3) Used for steel bonding reinforcement of reinforced concrete, old and new buildings’ bending drawknot components.

4) Wet steel-encased reinforcement.

5) Concrete crack pouring or casting steel bonding reinforcement.

4. Operation Process

Drill holes on steel plate and concrete → Treat with surfaces of concrete and steel plate → Fix steel plate and retain vent → Seal edge → Prepare glue and pour glue → Cure → test

 

5. Attentions

1) This product has a slight odor, non-toxic after glue curing.

2) Masks, gloves and goggles should be worn when construction.

3) Maintain good ventilation on scene.

4) If it accidentally touched the skin or clothes, acetone can be used to wipe at once, and then use a great deal of clear water to clean.

5) If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, please seek medical service at once.

 

6. Storage and Transportation

1) Store in a cool, dry, ventilated storehouse at ambient temperature 5 °C ~ 25 °C. Should not pile up in the open air.

2) Storage period is one year at normal temperature.

3) This product is non-toxic, which belongs to non-dangerous goods, and can transport as general chemical building materials.

4) Should not exposure, or rain, or damage the package in transportation.
