Two-component Epoxy Based Steel Bonded Adhesve
HM-120 Two-component Epoxy Based Steel Bonded Adhesve is two-component epoxy product, with strong adhesion, room temperature curing. It has excellent anti-aging, shock resistance properties in self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of steel and concrete, with high shear rate, used for seismic reinforcement of many buildings.

Operation Process Two-component Epoxy Based Steel Bonded Adhesve
1.Scribe line to determine the position needed to stick steel;
2.Cut the plaster cover on the surface of concrete, and drilling holes, removing rust, polishing were carried out to steel materials;
3.Cleaning: blow out the surface floating dust with compressed air and clean with acetone;
Prepare ingredients: agitate component A and B evenly in packaging bucket by weighing in accordance with the weight ratio (A: B = 2:1);
4.Coat and install structural adhesive: cover the above mixed glue compounds on the concrete surface or steel surface, and should not mix into air bubbles;
5.Anchorage: paste the steel plate directly on the concrete surface coated with steel-bonded adhesive, remove excessive glue compounds around, and fix with steel framework;
6.Maintenance: conservation time can not be less than 24 hours at room temperature after fixation.
Points for Attention
The construction workers of this product should take necessary productive measures (such as wearing masks, gloves, goggles, etc), notice fire prevention and maintain good ventilation on scene;
If it accidentally touched the skin or clothes, acetone can be used to wipe at once, and then a great deal of clear water is used to flush;
If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, please seek medical service at once.
Transportation and Storage
This product should be sealed and stored in dry and clean storehouse of ambient temperature -5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, do not pile up in open air or rain, not damage the package, A, B component should be kept separate to avoid mixing. Storage period is 12 months at room temperature (25 ℃).
