Bovine Tuberculosis Antibody Rapid Test Kit is an competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography assay that detects tuberculosis antibody in bovine.
The tuberculosis antibody in the sample combine with the gold-labelled antigen to form antigen-antibody complex, and flow along the test strip to the other side of NC membrance. When the complex flow to the T zone, the specific antigen that coated on the membrance capture it and agglutinate A visible T line. C line appear indicates that immunochromatography happened, and the test strip is valid; T line appears means there is BTB Ab in the sample.
