Laboratory tube vacuum furnace

Brief

This series labortatory tube vacuum furnace is batch type heat treatment furnace, rated temperature can reach 1300℃, mainly used for laboratory research unit industrial and mining enterprises under low vacuum or atmosphere protection heat treatment.

Structure

1.Furnace shell is welded by steel plate, hearth is made of high quality ceramic tube,heating element is silicon carbide rod, corundum tube with high density is installed into the furnace, both ends of corundum tube with the flange device, which used to vacuum the furnace inside and pass into protective atmosphere.

2.The control part adopts digital display automatic temperature control, can also equip with  intelligent PID temperature control according to user’s needs, be free to set 50 raising temperature curves, high precise of temperature control, raise temperature according to the program, with the function of temperature control, and over-temperature alarm.
