Hawthorn is a plant. The leaves, berries, and flowers of hawthorn are used to make medicine.

It contains antioxidants, including oligomeric procyandins (OPCs, also found in grapes) and quercetin.These antioxidant flavonoids -- including OPCs -- may help dilate blood vessels, improve blood flow, and protect the blood vessels from damage.
