Q35 series turn plate type shot blasting Liners and end plates use high chromium iron plates.Liners inside manual sealing door adopt good wear-resisting rubber plate.Gap between lower liners and belt,lower liners and end plates will be less than 5mm,because lower liners are all manganese steels which are cut by laser cutting machine.

Characteristics: High recycling, low dust generation, high productivity, used on ferrous metals, it is a metallic abrasive material, produced from selected steel. 

Applications: Cleaning of metallic surfaces to eliminate corrosion up to white material and to produce an ancoragem pattern that improves adherence of later treatments, either through painting, metallization or rubberization. Used in room, cabinet or wheel blasting, and in equipment where the abrasive material can be recycled and purified for reuse. It can reach up to 400 cycles of useful life.
