Fused cast azs brick for glass furnace are good refractory materials, especially for current glass furnaces, and characterized with excellent density, high refractoriness and resistance against corrosion of molten glass. The applications are popularly found in many key positions of various glass furnaces. Fused cast AZS firebricks are mainly categorized into 33#, 36# and 41# according to different zirconia's contents from 33% to 41%.

APPLICATIONS
AZS 33#:
Sidewalls, breast walls, ports, pavers, etc. In glass furnace

Position in contact with molten glass, such as doghouse, sidewalls and pavers of melters.
AZS 41#:
Throats, doghouse, comers, sidewalls, electrodes, bubbler blocks, etc.

Different casting methods can produce various shapes and sizes AZS for different areas of glass furnaces

PT-The shringkage cavity in brick disperses under the casting scar.

QX-The shringkage cavity in brick disperses at one end of the brick,a completely dense zone forms at another end.
ZWS-This casting method is similar with "ws",merely a few shrinkage voids remain in upper part of the body.
WS-No shrinkage cavity exists in brick body.
