Introduction

Double roll sand-making machine is also called double roll crusher. 2PG series of double roll sand-making machine is used for medium and fine crushing of all kinds of medium hard ore and rock in mineral separation, chemical industry, cement, building materials industrial department.

It is used as sand maker in sand making industry and for super fine crushing in particular industry.It is used for medium crushing.

Double roll sand-making machine consist of engine body, roller safety spring, etc. Transmission is driven by motor across belt that the rollers are rotating in two directions. Rollers space cn adjust within the prescribed limit to control the discharge size.

The capacity refers to limestone, professing capacity may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.

Operating principle

There are wedge or gasket of double roll sand-making machine installed between the two rollers and adjustable bolt installed on the top of the wedge device. When the adjustable bolt pulled up the wedge, the wedge will make the moved roller getting off the fixed roller. The gap between two rollers become bigger, so does the discharge size. On the contrary, the gap become smaller, so does the discharge size. Gasket device can adjust the discharge size trhough increasing and decreasing the gasket numbers or thick and thin. When increasing the gasket, the gap between two rollers become bigger, conversely, the gap and discharge size become smaller.

Q: Payment?
A: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client's satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.

Q: What about Warranty? And what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
