PF series of impact sand making machine is very popular for intermediate and fine crushing in the second and third grade. China Juxin impact sand maker mainly employs special design principle and crushing technology with new concept and they bases on"more crush, less grind"and"Stone hits Iron"principle.

Structure

PF series of impact sand making machine mainly consist of rotor assembly, counter, racks (including side liner) and other components.

Working Principle

PF series of impact sand making machine can crush material through impacting ,when they work ,the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed. After the material get into the entrance ,they will hit and crush with plate hammer on the rotor ,then they will be recrushed when they counter to the liner .At last ,they are discharged from the outlet .Users can adjust the space between counter rack and rotor aircraft so that they can achieve their goals on changing the discharge size and material shape.

Q: Payment?
A: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.

Q: What about Warranty? And what will we do if the machine is broken down?

A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
