Imitated Discharge Paste PT-108/109 

Brief Introduction

These products mainly use in printing on colored fabrics. They have strong coverage, excellent hand feeling, 

great fastness and are easy to use. The difference with discharge paste is PT108/109 can give the fabric same discharge effect without washing. PT-108/109 are eco-friendly.

PH value as 7.0-8.5 
Viscosity(25°C,#4 rotor,60rpm) as15000-30000 cps

Usage

1. PT-108 is white coverage paste, mainly use in white paste printing which can give the dark fabric 

good coverage and excellent hand feeling; PT-109 is colored coverage paste, apply to colored paste printing;

2. Produce process

                                                                                   Heat printing (150℃, 10 seconds)

Printing with paste   Baking            

                                                                                   Baking (150℃, 2 minutes)

Notes

1.Making samples before printing, producing after verifying every statistics;

2.PT-108/109 have solid components. Storing sealed after using or the paste may have surface crusting;

3.The paste may have layering phenomenon after storing for long time, please stirring evenly before using.
