Brief Introduction: In order to reduce the defective rate and comprehensive process and increase the tenacity, firmness, hardness of traditional black ink. Our R&D department had successfully developed a kind of photosensitive laser ink, takes good advantage of photoresist ability and anti etching ability of this ink to solve this problem. This laser ink is widely used in the etching field of watch, jewelry, glasses, phone cover, etc. Suitable for spraying process, evenly ink layer on the surface, no bubble, no pinhole, fast drying, clear laser line, well adhesive, high hardness, high acid resistant etching ability. |

Operation: 1. Pre-treatment: clean up the surface of material, remove the oil, wax, etc; 2. Adjust: it is ok to add some dilution to adjust the viscosity of ink(In spraying way, add dilution with 1 ink: 0.7 dilution), test the viscosity before applying, the percentage can not be over 100%; 3. Coating:Spraying: the thickness of ink film should be 20-30um; Screen printing: use 77T-100T mesh; 4. Pre-baking: hot wind cycling drying with 80℃-90℃, 15-20 min, after it cools down, the ink won’t stick to your hand, that will be ok; 5. Exposure: Laser the pattern; 6. Post-baking: hot wind cycling drying with 150℃, 30min; 7. Etching; 9. Stripping: 5-8% NaOH solvent, 80-90℃, 3-5min( if the thickness of ink thicker, then the second baking time will be longer, so will the stripping time. |
