 This anti anodizing and sandblasting ink offers a short time protection for all kinds of aluminum products while doing anodizing or sandblasting(protect the part that does not need to be anodized or sandblasted). It will be stripped or washed away after doing all the processing in the end.

Product Description                                                                                               

Charactor: strong alkali resistant, high temperature resistant, 30% alkali etching liquid resistant for 30min. 

Suitable for spraying and screen printing, evenly coating on the surface, no bubble, no pinhole, short cure 

time, high resolution, well adhesive, less lateral erosion, anti strong acid , anti strong alkali.

Processing: clean the surface--spray or screen printing--pre bake--exposure--develop--second exposure or post bake--anodizing--stripping

Operation parameter:

1, Pre treatment: Clean the surface of material with degreaser and wax remover

2, Stir host crystal and curing agent with 1:3 for 3-5min, stewing for 1-2min.

3, spray: 20-30um thickness ink; 77T-100T thickness screen printing.

4, Pre bake: hot wind recycle drying for 80°C-100°C/15-15min; 

5, Exposure: Cooled exposure machine 8-10power;

6, Developing: wash it 0.8%-1% Na2CO3. 2KG/ cm² pressure, temperature 30°C±2;

7, Post bake: 150°C/30min

8, Second exposure: 800-1200mj/cm2

9, Anodizing

10, Stripping: use our dedicated aluminum stripper for 20-30min
