Features:

Mounting:

Measurement:
1.Start the measurement by pressing the “RESET”key.Or the step counter will keep counting until the press of”RESET”key.The MAX.Value to show is 99999paces.
2.After stopping its counting,the LCD will display the step paces→mileage→caloric in sequence with pressing “MODE”Key.

3.Press”SET”key to adjust personal setting,the LCD display sequence is as follews:
a) Step Pace setting:
Under Step Pace mode,every press of “MODE”key can increase the pace by 2 in.Adustable step pace range is 12~48 in.Pre-set Pace is 24 in.
b) Body Weight setting:
Under Body Weight mode,every press of “MODE”key can increase the body weight by
5 Ib.Adjustable body weight range is 20~330 Ib.Pre-set body weight is 130Ib
Trouble shooting:

Not all your steps were detected | Mount the pedometer properly according to the manual and cnsure your walking method is right. |
Obscure display | Low battery,Replacing new battery is necessary. |
Ambicnt temperature is too low.The normal display will recover,whenthe temperature rises. | |
LCD is black | The pedometer has been put under direct sunlight or operated in high temperature too long. |
LCD display will recover normal status in the shade. |
