Brief Introduction

R-408 is a single component dipping varnish which is formed by polyester resin and amino resin. It’s heat-resistant grade is F(155°C).

Feature

Good insulating property, oil and arc resistance, fast dry, good dry permeability, bright film.

Application

This paint is fit for the dipping of small and mini-motor coils, and transformer or ballast electrical appliance coils. It not be suitable to use in the enclosed electric machine.

Usage

1. Preheat the unit at 80-100°C for 1-2h.

2. After the unit be cooled at 50-60°C, dip it in the paint tank for 5 to 30 minutes until no bubble.

3. Drain for more than 30 minutes until dry.

4. Bake the unit at 60-80°C for 30 minutes, and then warming up to 100-110°C and bake 3-6 hours.
