Brief Introduction

R-852-1 high gravity epoxy balance clay is made from epoxy resin, hardener and filler presented in one-component form. R-852-1 with a thermal class F/H and comply with the RoHS environmental demands. It can cure after heating.

Application/Use

R-852-1 is suitable for dynamic balance calibration of all kinds of coil wound rotors, for example: crane motors, auto motors, micro and special electric machines etc. Moreover, it is fit for encapsulating , embedding and fixation materials.

How to use

Take the balance clay in the unbalance place (top, outboard or other parts of coils), adjust the quantity until dynamic balance of calibration.
Bake the unit until the clay cured. Relation of curing time and temperature is in the table:
