[Plant Origin and Distribution] Marigold belongs to compositae family and tagetes erecta. It is an annual herb, the flowering period is from Augest to September. It is originating in Mexico. In china, widely planted in Heilungkiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Yunnan , etc.

Main Functin of Lutain as feed additive

Lutein was traditionally used in chicken feed to provide the yellow color of broiler chicken skin. Polled consumers viewed yellow chicken skin more favorably than white chicken skin. Such lutein fortification also results in a darker yellow egg yolk. Today the coloring of the egg yolk has become the primary reason for feed fortification.

Aplication for lutein feed additive

Nature Yellow is best natural pigmentation products for poultry and marine livings. Using 3-5days for egg chickens, the yolk will change to golden yellow gradually, the color will reach 13in Roche Yolk Color Fan(RYCF) after the use of 5 days. Using this products 7-14 days for meat chicken will enable tissues under skin and feet color change greatly, appears as stable golden yellow, and the color will not disappear after cooking.
