1. System overview:
Contains more than ten kinds of typical sensors and processing circuit. Standard thermometer table configuration, the experiment more perfect. 2. Sensor technical index:
2.1 Resistance strain sensor: consists of BHF foil type strain gauge , 6 pieces of work pieces, 2 pieces compensator.
2.2 Thermoelectric (thermocouple) sensor: the two copper - constantan thermocouple concatenated to the cold end temperature and that is ambient temperature.
2.3 Inductive sensor (differential transformer) : by one primary and two secondary coil winding and become transparent hollow coil, the core of soft magnetic ferrite, measuring range 0 ~ 12 mm.
2.4 Eddy current sensor: multiple strands of enameled wire winding flat coil and a variety of pieces of metal eddy current being measured, the linear range ≤3mm.
2.5 Hall sensor: Japan's JVC HZ type linear semiconductor production hall and placed in a gradient magnetic field compose of ring magnet steel, hall signal linear range > 3 mm.
2.6 Magnetoelectric sensor: compose of the coil and moving iron (permanent magnet steel), the sensitivity is 0.4 V/m/s.
2.7 Piezoelectric acceleration sensor: compose of bimorph PZT - 5 and a copper gage block. F≥10 KHZ, Q charge > 20 PC/g.
2.8 Capacitive sensors: two stator and a set of moving pieces constitute the differential variable area type capacitance, linear range ≥±3mm.
2.9 PN junction temperature sensor: using good linear temperature voltage characteristic of semiconductor PN junction constitutes the temperature sensor. Sensitivity:-2mV/°C
2.10 Thermistor: : semi-conductor thermistor NTC (negative temperature coefficient, when in 25°Cstate, it is 10 KΩ).
2.11 Piezoresistive pressure sensor: range: 35 KPa, power supply: ≤4V MPS piezoresistive pressure sensor.
2.12 Optical fiber sensor, optical fiber, transmitting and receiving circuits constitute light type sensors, linear range :10 mm. Infrared transmitting and receiving, 2 x 60 strands Y shape, semicircle distribution.
2.13 Gas sensor: Tp - 3: alcohol sensitivity, measurement range: 50 ~ 2000 PPM.
2.14 Humidity-sensitive sensors: high polymer thin film resistor type: RH: several M Ω – several K Ω, response time: moisture absorption, moisture is less than 10 seconds. Humidity factor: 0.5 RH % / °C, measuring range: 10% RH - 95% RH, working temperature: 0 °C - 50 °C.
2.15 Pyroelectric infrared sensors: remote infrared type
