PERFORMANCE TEST BENCH FOR REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The test bench mainly consists of hermetically sealed refrigerating compressor unit, plate type water cooling condenser, calorimeter, evaporator, adjustable throttle valve and related test instruments.

“The second refrigerant heating measurement method” is the main experiment method, “The water cooled plate type condenser balance method” is assist method to test the function of compression engine.

This equipment equips with voltmeter, ammeter, two power meters, eight-way thermometer, water flow gauge and pressure gauge, these are for observing operational parameter of equipment and for the performance test calculation of refrigeration compressor.

Experiment bench has pressure protector for preventing equipment from the damage made from over high pressure or over low pressure. Refrigeration system high, low pressure pipelines are respectively painted to red and blue, easy to teaching.
