This practical training system simulates a real practical training situation of instrument and sensor, constitutes with a practical training bench and practical training unit. Practical training bench provides various industrial use instruments, working power supply and other practical circuit, etc. Training unit in this system is the device installed with sensor, cooperate training bench complete temperature, pressure, flow, displacement, switch quantity and other various sensor and related instrument practical training. Power state monitor, sound light alarm function, affect avoid equipment damage caused by student operating error.
This device not only satisfied sensor principle teaching work, and more focus on sensor application and analyze and treatment to signal collected by sensor, except complete sensor experiment, and add on control part, to complete intelligent instrument PID control function.
