XK-MX7 Beer Production Process Control Module
1. Product overview
XK-MX7 beer process control module consists of saccharify part and fermentation part. The saccharity part and fermentation part are connected by comprehensive pipeline. Saccharity part constitutes by mash copper, mash kettle, filtering tank, boiler, precipitation tank and heat exchanger, and among each part, it is through pipeline to connect. Mash copper is connected with raw material input pipeline and vapor inlet and outlet pipeline. The fermentation part is composed of several fermentation tanks among which are connected by washing sterilization pipeline, refrigerant return line, temperature monitoring device, refrigerant supply pipeline and comprehensive pipeline. The control system is adopted Siemens programmable controller PLC. Industrial control machine and other self-control components which are convenient to centralized management, discrete control, has the advantage of strong anti-interference and reliability.
