4. Intelligent supervisor

The intelligent supervisor of Xingke training table adopt a 7 inches of industrial grade touch screen of which

inside installs WINCE5.0 operating system

Have the following functions:

(1) faulty evaluation function

Faulty evaluation system consists of intelligent management system sever-side software of Xinke training table, intelligent supervisor of Xingke training table and faulty terminal. The

intelligent supervisor is a connecting link between the preceding and the following and through which can have

faulty loading, faulty answering and result inquiring. When evaluating the fault, first, set the fault by sever-side software and download the fault to intelligent supervisor and faulty terminal, then students log in intelligent

supervisor to answering, click paper button and generate the result automatically. The result could be inquired

in supervisor, also it can be uploaded to server to be saved and printed.

The experiment table power is interrupt when in the process of the answering

After feeding the power again, the system will prompt “there was an accident when answering at last time,

whether or not to continue to answering?”choose “yes”,you can continue the evaluation. The function can avoid

of time lost caused by unexpected power interrupt and can avoid of confusion in the process of evaluation.

(2)Data acquisition function

The intelligent supervisor has date acquisition function, can collect 8 route of switching value signal and 4

route analog value signal simultaneously, switching value signal range is DC5V-DC24V,analog value signal range is DC0-5V or DC0-10V.

The switching value and analog value data that have been collected can be saved independently and can

modify the saving frequency.

(3)PDF document examination

The intelligent supervisor of Xingke training table installs a PDF reader specialized for WIN5.0 system,

through the reader, can conveniently examine the PDF electronic edition of specification and PDF technical

materials saved on the supervisor.

(4)Video document play

The intelligent supervisor of Xingke training table installs a video player specialized for WIN5.0 system, can

conveniently examine the video documents saved on the supervisor.

We have record the experimental process of the training table and saved them on the supervisor, can watch
