XK-PLC201 PLC Simulation Control Training Bench

1. System overview:
--XK - PLC201 type PLC training bench is suitable for all kinds of vocational school of electrical, electronic, mechanical and electrical integration, automation and other professional teaching and suitable for training the technical personnel that engaged in above related profession.

--Can finish the study of PLC programming instructions and PLC typical project practice training and other experiment training content. Training bench adopts modular structure, hanging box easy to change, easy to organize all kinds of training programs, convenient to upgrade.

--Optional configuration inverter box, touch screen hanging box, simulation load hanging box ,can carry out inverter practice training, and PLC, inverter, touch screen, touch screen integrated training.

--Training bench equipped with intelligent management device, uses a 7 inch industrial touch screen which installs WINCE5.0 operating system, the management has the following functions:

3.Main configuration
3.1 XKPB-01 type switching value input module

Contains: three lock buttons, three buttons without lock ,two two-position switches and emergency button
3.2 XKS-01 adjustable power module
Contains:1.25~30V adjustable dc voltage source,4~20mA adjustable dc current source,DC24V voltage source,10K multiturn potentiometer, Can cooperate with dc voltage source provides an analog signal to frequency converter

3.3 PLC host module
Input and output of PLC are led to the panel, adopt two connection ways as jack and amphenol connector

PLC: Can choose Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, omron, AB and other brands of products

3.4 Inverter module
Input and output signal of inverter all adopt little jack and lead out to the panel, strong electricity of inverter adopt jack with insulating sheath and lead out to panel, as the strong current and weak current use different jack, thus avoid of accident of burning out the inverter caused by false wiring.

3.5 XKHMI-MCGS01 type touch screen module
Touch screen adopt independent switch power to supply power, communication port are lead out to the panel, easy to use
Contains:TCP7062KX color touch screen

3.6 Simulated load module
Hanging box size (high) 250 mm x 150 mm (width), using led to indicate the simulation movement of the output signal, with six legs small button action to represent the simulation input signal. Each simulation load module has two terminals and one group is "simulated load connection area", the other group is "assessment of fault detection zone" . "Simulation load connection area" copper jack use to wiring when testing, “the failure assessment test area” is for fault Settings, troubleshooting and is used to test the failure point in a PC test. It provides nine load simulation module
