Functional characteristics

1.Adopt santana tzu jung ABS system production,include ABS assembly,ignition switch, diagnosis interface,

brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder, four wheel speed sensor, etc.

2.According to original vehicle’s positions to put,can display ABS each parts structure characteristics,

convenient for the student to understand its structure and function

3.On the control panel,there are color system circuit diagram,wheel speed sensor voltmeter,voltage indicator

etc,on the bench,there are oil pressure gauge,can be used for observing each wheel speed and oil pressure

changing conditions in ABS system running process.

4.Adopt intelligent inverter control system to control three-phase asynchronous motor,can simulate ABS working process under the vehicle different rotary speed

conditions

5.Equipped with computer data test port,can connect to special or general decoding instrument, carry out

self-diagnosis function,such as:ECU encoding query,reading fault code,eliminating fault code,reading data flow,

waveform analysis and executive component testing.

6.On the control panel,there are special test port,can measure each parts working voltage

7.With unique independent research and development intelligent fault setting system,can carry out

corresponding fault setting and examination

8.The bench adopts high quality material welding,surface coating processing.with four self-locking mechanism mobile directional wheel,flexible to move and convenient to teach
