Application of spiral sand washer:

     XL series screw sand washer is the professional sand washing machine developed on the basis of previous technology and combined with the actual situation of sand and gravel industry. It can separate the excess powder and mud from the clean raw material.
     Spiral ore washing machine is applied to metallurgy, building materials, water and electricity industries washing, grading, impurity,etc.

Work Principle of spiral sand washer:

      Screw sand washer is developed according to the principle of different particles with different fall velocities because of their sizes and densities. Fine particles float in the water and form the overflow; coarse particles fall down to the bottom of the trough and are pushed to the top port by the impellers and discharge.   
      During working, the motor drives the impellers to rotate slowly by triangle belt, reducer and gears.
      Sand enters the washing trough from the feed trough, roll and grind each other under the driving of

impellers. Under the action of flushing water,the mud wrapped on the material and the impurity go separately.
      Finally, the clean sand and crushed stone are carried off by the leaf blade,and finally poured into thedischarge chute from the revolving impeller.The impurity and dirt are washed away through flushing flow.
