     Rotary kiln is the key equipment of active limestone, consisting of cylinder, transmission device, supporting wheel and catch wheel device, kiln head and kiln rear sealing, kiln head cover and burning system,ect.

    The cylinder is the heated rotary part, made of rolled and welded high quality steel plate, with certain slope. The whole cylinder is supported by supporting wheel device and equipped with mechanical or hydraulic catch wheel device to control cylinder body axial movement. Through the gear ring in central cylinder, the drive can make the cylinder rotary according to the requirements of rotational spee. Except the main drive of transmission parts, auxiliary transmission device is also set up to ensure that the kiln body is rotating slowly when installation and maintenance and interruption of the main transmission power and prevent kiln body deformation. In order to prevent cold air into the cylinder and flue gas dust overlow cylinder, reliable composite scales sealing device is equipped in feeding end(kiln rear) and discharge end (kiln head)

    The rotary kiln with larger diameter and shorter length is used in practical project, which will reduce the jumping up and down range of kiln body, prolong the period of forming circle in kiln, and save land occupation.
