3,composition and working principle

3.1 composition

   SYW - C high liquid level sensor including: high sheath maerial, stainless steel ball float liquid level sensor, shell and throat hoop, etc.As shown in figure 3.1.Sensor for stainless steel sheath maerial of outer tube, protect the internal installation of liquid level sensor and temperature sensor.Liquid level sensor from the sensor sheath maerial of bottom to start the installation, each stations with two sensors provide double checking.

3.2  operating principle

3.2.1 With the float magnet was set on the sensing sheath maerial,Floating ball move up and down with the liquid surface along the sensing sheath maerial (As shown in figure 3.1).High level sensor after electrify,Start working on the casing of the electronic circuit,Real-time monitoring of oil and gas temperature and liquid level alarm point two switch information.

3.2.2 When the first float arrived early warning point location,High level sensor to transmit temperature information and early warning information through 485 to the console,The console for warning;When the second float on arrival at the emergency alarm,High temperature liquid level sensor will be information and alarm information to the console,The console to the police.
