---Year after year, the key technicians of Carno Machinery have been engaged in industrial cooling for various industries as architecture industry (for concrete mixing cooling, etc) plastic industry (for thermoforming machine, cast film machine, bottle blowing machine, blowing machine, injection molding machine, etc), laser industry, ultrasonic industry, chemical industry (for chemical reaction kettle, etc), food service industry, seafood industry, school lab application, NCP equipment (operating oil cooling) and so on.

 

 

Descriptions

1.We adopt world superb performance compressors (from Bitzer, Danfoss, Copland, Sanyo, Hanbell), pumps (from Minamoto 

since 1986) and internal electric parts (from Schneider, Siemens, etc) to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation, power 

saving and long service life.

2.We use world name brand PLC control system from Omron and so on which is easy to operate and can precisely control the 

temperature differential between set value and current value within plus and minus 1°C.

3.The unique design of shell and tube type evaporator with internal copper tube coils (from Kobe, Japan) can result in excellent 

heat exchange effect, which can greatly increase the screw water chiller cooling efficiency.

4.The water chiller units are equipped with electrical over-current protectors, high and low pressure switches, electronic timer 

delay safety devices, anti-freezing protectors and other protectors to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the screw water 

chiller units as well as the safety of the personnels, also the function of delaying to work about one to two minutes automatically 

available for sudden power off. 

5.For every water chiller, we adopt ecological design workmanship, which has suffered strict test and inspections to ensure that 

there is no leakage at the compressor pipe connections and no refrigerating oil penetration over the refrigerant circuits, and also 

we elaborately selected the environment friendly r134a/r407 as the refrigerant to meet the demanding requirements for environmental 

protection.

6.Water cooled screw type water chillers whose chilled water temperature is minus 40 centigrade can be designed and manufactured 

as per the user’s needs.

7.All the screw water chillers from Carno Machinery will be subjected to a test run for 5-8 hours before delivery and to be 

adjusted to the optimized operating conditions to make the users free from the not essential physical labor and save their time.

8.We set up one year quality warranty from the date of delivery for the screw water chillers from Carno Machinery, and the engineers 

will try their best to find the troubleshooting to minimize the failure time if any defects or failure occurs.
