1. High quality compressors

Considering that the compressors are the hearts of the industrial water cooler units, sensible industrial water chiller

2. High efficiency water tank or shell and tube type (Kobe, Japan) condenser/evaporator

Water tank for evaporator is made of thick stainless steel with external thermo-insulation layers (effectively to avoid 

the fast heat exchange between the chilled water and air in order to increase the cooling efficiency and also to avoid 

the hot steam chilled and attached to the water tank or tubes which may make the floor in a mess). The shell and tube 

type condenser/evaporator, brought in from Kobe, Japan which are of internal copper tube coils, can maximum the 

contacting area between the ecological refrigerant and the water (to be chilled) to guarantee the highest efficiency.

3. Optional pump settings

All the water cooler units from Carno Machinery are equipped with high quality built-in water pumps from

Minamoto since 1986 which are subjected to strict test before delivery. That’s the another key factor why

4. Multifunction panel

The multifunction panel have an ammeter, a fuse protector for electric control systems, a power swith for compressors, 

a on-off switch for the pumps, a thermostat and several pressure gauges for the cooling system, and many other 

significant electric control elements, and all of these are easy and convenient to operate.

5. Unit composition

The water cooler units are incorporated with precise temperature control system (which can accurately control the 

temperature differential between the set value and the current value less than plus/minus 1 centigrade), the build-in 

compressor overload protector, the irculating water pump overload brake system, the abnormal system high and 

low pressure protector, world name brand high efficiency dry filters and expanding valves and so on to ensure the 

high efficiency and longest working hours.

6.energy control system
Unit control systems has four levels of energy regulation [25%-50%-75%-100% (beginning with 25%)] which 

will be automatically adjusted according to the actual loads condition to realize truly energy saving. The detailed 

regulating principle is that  the microcomputer control system will monitor the actual loads constantly and then 

compare with the user's settings to determine the operating signal to adjust to the proper operating condition.
7.Simple in operation

Various technical parameters will be shown on the HD LED display as the set temperature value, the current 

temperature value, the high pressure, the low pressure, etc while the units are in operation. And the technicians can 

adjust the working condition just by clicking their fingers that is to say we have adopted the advanced humanized 

touchscreen operation system for the users.
