Static mixer

Static mixers are tubular internals of appropriate shape and strength to cause desired mixing and dispersion effects as the fluid flows around suitably arranged motionless mixer parts. The fluid flow is provided by pumping. 
In practice, small volumes, low maintenance, simple installation and cleaning and excellent reliability characterize the static mixer.

Mixing:

Blending of miscible components regardless of the volume, density, viscosity and properties of the media.

Dispersing and Contacting:

Dispersing two or more products for scrubbing processes, reactions, mass transfer. 
Contacting of liquids with gases to create high mass transfer surface area and high rates of absorption, reaction, vaporization and condensation.

Working Principle

INOCO Static mixer is an efficient mixing equipment with no moving parts, by mixing element whick is fixed in the tube inner parts, so that two or more different fluids forming cutting, shearing, rotation and re mixed, to achieve the fluid between the good dispersion and fully mixing purposes. 

1.SK, SV, SX static mixer
SK, SV, SX static mixer is high efficient mixing machine without moving parts, the basic working mechanism is a mixture of using fixed in the tube unit to change the fluid flow condition in order to achieve good dispersion. It is widely used and can’t disassembly.

2. Planetary mixer
Planetary mixer , also called reactmachine, is one kind of chemical machine with new type and multi-function mixer which specially suits for all series of soft oiniment, polymer gel. This mixer specially suits for paste, high viscosity, high density material dissolving, mixing, aggregation.

Detailed Technical Characteristics
1.Vacuum resistance, let material operate under vacuum condition
2.Shell body can electric, steam, water and oil circulating heating. Shaft on unique temperature detection let material temperature error less than ±1℃,it is fitted with jacket in the bottom and tube inside jacket, guide plate cooling can be realized.
3.Planetary mixer cylinder wall is produced by large vertical lathe machine, then by large automatic polish machine, which ensure completely shaved the material on the inner wall of shell body while the scraper rotates.
4.Planetary mixer usually has two or three layers folding type blade, blade can operate in the revolution and rotation, which lets the material flow up and down or around. So it will achieve mixing effect in a short time.
