Mass flowmeter for CNG dispenser
1. Brief Introduction
Our mass flowmeter mainly consists of flow sensor and flow transmitter. It measures flows according to Coriolis force theory.
1) Flow sensor
Based on Coriolis force effect, flow sensor is a phase-sensitive resonant sensor, composed of vibration tube, signal detector, concussion driver, structural support, shell, etc.
2) Flow transmitter
Flow transmitter is a micro-programming-centered electronic system, which supplies thrust to the sensor, transforms sensor signal into mass flow signal and others, and improves the measurement accuracy in accordance with temperature parameter.
Coriolis mass flowmeter becomes more and more popular for the following reasons. It measures the mass flow directly( which is of great importance in detecting and controlling production process of resource measurement and chemical reaction, etc.); high accuracy( generally, the accuracy remains from 0.15% to 0.3% or so); wide range of application( besides common fluids, it also can measure industrial fluids, such as non-Newtonian fluid, serifluxs, suspensions, etc., which are difficult to be measured); low installation requirements( generally, no special requirements to upstream-downstream straight tube); good performance, but with little maintenance.
