1. LNG Refueling Station, Skid-mounted LNG Refueling Units

LNG Refueling Station 

Taking liquefied natural gas (LNG) as working medium, LNG refueling station can fuel vehicles which take LNG as fuel, also it can fuel small volume LNG transportation facilities. The main working process is as follow: through vacuum insolated pipe, LNG from cryogenic storage tank is pressurized by submerged pump and delivered to LNG dispenser, after measured and then filled into NGVs. 

LNG Refueling Station is composed with LNG storage equipment, pipeline conveying system, measuring system, control system, safety monitoring and protection system. Realization measurement, automatic control and safety monitoring in operation process.

 

l Skid-mounted LNG Refueling Units (Mobile)

The Mobile LNG Refueling Unit (Mobile) was developed by Langfang Lianghwa Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. with substantial R&D investment. The main feature is mounted LNG tank, cryogenic submerged pump, dispenser and automatic control system together, which could store, pressurize, measure and sell the LNG. It can be moved to designated place to fuel LNG vehicles according to customer’s requirement at any time. It takes very small space and no need construction and installation.

7.Characteristic:LNG cryogenic storage tank is mainly double fixed vacuum powder insulation storage tank. The inner tank shell use the stainless steel S30408 which comply with GB24511-2009 standard,the material of outer tank is Q345R. The interlayer between inner tank and outer tank use pearlite thermal-insulation. It has the excellent thermal-insulation,low evapor  ativity,and is safe and reliable. This series product is mainly used for the liquid storage of cryogenic medium. They have a long life, compact structure, with small floor coverage, centralized controlled and easy operation. It could supply high vacuum multilayer insulation for storage tank which is less than 65 CBM.
