Principle:
The main units include power devices, rack, basin, rollers :
1.First, power transmits from the Motor to the Reducer. The torque is transmitted to the Central Driving Shaft through Reducer, and then transmitted to rollers through roller Connector. Rollers do counter-clockwise motion along the horizontal axis in the horizontal direction with its own rotation.
2.The added ore materials will suffer the pressing and grinding from the mill, completely crushed. At the same time, with mud mixing function, the materials are thoroughly mixed with water evenly so that the pulp density and other indicators are steady.
3.Mine fines are brought to the upper level in moving the slurry mix, which overflow though the discharge port on settings basin into the next step of processing operations. On the other hand, coarse minerals are deposited in the bottom of the pan to suffer grinding and smashing again and again until fineness meets the standard.

1.The raw material should be put into the machine after the machine running normally.
2. If the machine is stopped , the residual material in the machine should be cleared. Then start the machine again.
3. It's better to use a feeding equipment.
5.Every bolts should be checked to avoid loose.
6.The bearing should be changed in time .
7.While the machine is running formally, you should check if there is abnormal sound in the reducer box and bearing part.If it is true, you should stop to mend the machine.
8.The motor belt should be removed when you examine and repair the machine.
