Brief introduction

PTCG fruit stemming machine is adopted the French,Italy advanced technique and designed special for the drinks industry.

This machine is mainly use to deal with the fresh grapes in the grape wine factory. This machine can separate the grape stem from the fruit, remove the stem, smashing fresh grapes, is the ideal machine for the middle and small grape wine factory.

Working  theory: 

this machine first to remove the stems, then to smash the grapes, mobile single screw pump to convey the mashed fruit. The screw pump can be fixed feeding mashed fruit. The stem removing equipment can adjust the rotary speed according the different grade of grapes. The smashing equipment is easy to operate, the smashing rollers are rubber roller, do not hurt the grapes and cores. The screw pump can convey the mashed fruit height of 10 meters and level convey of 80meters. The machine connects with grapes made of stainless steel. The size of the screen according the size of the grapes, before order the machine please confirm the max and min size of the grapes.

Main features:

The quantitate feeding,crushing after stemming.The stemming screen is longer,which ensure the less 

fruit waste in the finished stem.The crushing system is demountable and easy to be clean .

The crushing parts are made from flexible food standard rubber rollers.And the machine is also 

equipped with the single screw pulp pump to transporting the finished products to different places.
