In order to promote fish's metabolism ,reduce the harmful substances in the body or water ,increase the oxygen and supply cells for Beneficial digestive bacteria,people get investment to produce this kind of filter rings/block or tablets to meet these requirement.Our machine is the first machine that used in this area and we got many experiences on this project.Following is some of products made by our machines.

 

III.Brief Introduction of Main Machine and Parameters:

1.The whole machine is made of stainless steel,which can prevent from polutions,conform with GMP standard.And the Work platform is clean enough so that we get the light demolition,internal cleaning convenience purposes.

2.Equipped with a transparent viewing window to enable operators can see the whole system working condition.

3.Adopted PLC programming controller for the wholly system, realized bi-directional repression.Imported hydraulic components are used  on this machine, all the key positions can be dually operated by mechanical and electrical ways.All of the operations can be adjusted through the PLC to the best state.Therefore,the machine is quite easy to be operated, can work stably,safly and accurately.

4.The hydraulic components are equipped inside of the machine and independent to prevent the damage from outside,pollution-free ,easy  release the heat also and The control panel can be design to demonstrate in different foreign languages.
