White Tea  Bai Mudan

Bai Mu Dan is a type of white tea made from plucks each with one leaf shoot and two immediate young leaves. Bai Mu dan is sometimes preferred by white tea drinkers for its fuller flavor and greater potency. The silvery bud enfolded by green leaves, looks like a flower. When steeped, the green leaves unfold resembling petals of a peony blossom.
