White Peony was created in 1922 in Fujian Province,China, later, Fuding area started to produce White peony and become the main production areas since then.

White Peony belongs to the category of White Tea. In the process of withering, it has attained its special quality such as:  two leaves holding one bud and natural shape with light green color.The whole leaf sheet is fat and tender like ripples. The back of leaf is covered with fine silvery hairs. The edge of leaf slightly curls to the back. The leaf connects to the bud wth oft vein. after infuion into the water ,it appears like a blossomy peony, and so it is  called White Peony.

Tea Cake, as its name shows, is made Simply by steaming, pressing, drying and other steps. Fuding white tea cake is made of Fujian Fuding white tea by the superb technology. Because of the shape of Fuding white tea, it is much more convenient to store and transit. In the storage process, enzymatic reaction taks places. The longer the storage time is, the higher its medicinal value is.
