Detailed Description 

 

STEAM TABLE

The steam table on the Lucky Star hot dog cart has three cast iron burners with their shut off valve. The three burners run on propane. The steam table accommodates three 1/2 size pans 6" deep and one 1/3 size pan 6" deep with their respective lids and separator bars. The stainless steel pans, lids and separator bars are included and easily removable for cleaning and also NSF approved and listed.

 

SINKS

The Lucky Star hot cart comes standard with 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5-gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon disposed water tank.

 

BEVERAGE BIN

The beverage bin on the Lucky Star hot dog cart has its own drain and is insulated to maximize the life of the ice. It holds 144 cans. The lid is hinged and easily reachable for the customers to help themselves and for you to refill it.

 

MEAT COMPARTMENT

The meat compartment on the Lucky Star hot dog cart is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.

 

CONDIMENT TABLE

The condiment table on the Lucky Star hot dog cart is located on the opposite side of the vendor. This gives the customers privacy while dressing their hot dog and you more space to serve the next customer. The table has five slots with five stainless steel trays and five slotted lids (included). These are also NSF approved. The condiment table allows you to offer jalapenos, fresh diced onions, mild pepper rings, sweet relish and dill pickles. Just set the mustard, ketchup and the napkin dispenser and you are ready to make money.

 

BREAD BOX

The bread box on the Lucky Star hot dog cart has two levels and is sealed (so you don't need to remove anything in case of rain). The lower-level of the bread box allows you to keep 30 bags (a total of 360 units) of your fresh buns behind two sliding doors. The upper level is the perfect place to keep extra foil, napkins, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. It also has to sliding doors with handles.

 

UMBRELLA

The 9 ft. market umbrella on the Lucky Star hot dog cart can be the color of your choice. The umbrella holder is in the center of the hot dog cart to give you perfect shade. There is no need to clean this umbrella and it is much cheaper and faster to replace. 9 years of experience selling hot dogs will tell you that a vinyl umbrella needs to be cleaned with a brush and soap in an open space once a week from the dust and the grease.

 

HEATING SOURCE

The steam table on the Lucky Star hot dog cart runs on propane. There are two propane tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. It holds two twenty-pound tanks, so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.

 

TRAILER

The Lucky Star hot dog cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8" x 8" standard.

 

TOWING BAR

The tow bar hitch on the Lucky Star hot dog cart is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it). It is equipped with a 1 7/8" ball coupler with two safety chains, and is also available with an optional size 2" ball coupler.

 

LIGHTS

The lights on the Lucky Star hot dog cart are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.

 

What you will love about the Lucky Star hot dog cart is that you won't need to carry the meat, extra sodas, buns or propane tanks in your vehicle. Everything fits in the hot dog cart. You just hook the trailer and go. When you get to your vending location everything you need is already in the hot dog cart, and at the end of the day when you leave, there is no loading. This is a very practical and great looking hot dog cart.
